Plus Reviews acts as a gatekeeper for all reviews. We create a custom link for your business to be passed on to your customers.. When a customer opens the link to your Plus Reviews page they’ll be prompted to rate your business from 1-5 stars. 1 Star being ‘Bad’ and 5 Stars being ‘Perfect’.
1-3 star ratings are sent to a private feedback form that gets sent directly to you. 4 and 5 star reviews are sent directly to your Google review listing. As a result, negative reviews are passed directly on to the business manager and positive reviews are posted directly to the public eye, boosting your Google rating quickly.
